In 1991 as ZITTAU TRADING - a representing, importing, and distributing Company. In 1998 it became CTX TRADING, a company designed to handle Imports on behalf of its clients, including International logistics as well as the documental routine required by the Brazilian customs legislation.

This model of evolution was an important step, for, in addition to its already well-known support to imports, CTX LOGISTICS became our clients' choice company for Consulting and Outsourcing. CTX LOGISTICS created and improved the Management and Operation Models concerning International Trade and Logistics in Brazil, placing special emphasis on Government Relations.

The enthusiasm that the creators of CTX LOGISTICS have shown for International Trade already existed years before ZITTAU TRADING - the business enterprise that gave origin to CTX LOGISTICS Companies and Divisions - started its activities, in March 1991.

Marketing and Sales professionals with a degree in Engineering, they have accumulated knowledge as directors of great national and international companies - having thus become pros in the search of strategic solutions and often using the International Trade (Market) tools as alternatives. All the complexity that lies on the operation cycles of imports and exports of inputs, parts and components, and finished goods has been CTX creators' core work object in those companies.
